Six courses of regional NW fare paired with a variety of cask conditioned, barrel aged and sour beers that have been hand selected by our Brewmaster and Executive Chef. This is an annual affair that should not be missed! Menu & beer pairings below:

1st Course
Duck rillettes croquettes with kumquat-orange marmalade & fennel-parsnip puree
Paired with: Cask Conditioned Beaverton Blonde

2nd Course
Caveman bleu cheese, black sesame tuile, strawberries & balsamic reduction –
Paired with: Frambtastic Pour, Framboise Style Ale

3rd Course
Citrus salad with Castelvetrano olives, feta, pickled red onion, pistachios & agrodolce
Paired with: Golden Triangle IPA

4th Course
Cold smoked beef tartar with toasted cumin, beets, green apple, olive oil, sea salt, semolina cake & chili oil
Paired with: Brett Empress, Barrel Aged Sour with Empress Prunes

5th Course
Braised wild boar with rosemary spätzle, marinated charred kale & pan jus
Paired with:: Hydronym, Baltic Porter

6th Course
Graham cookie bar, Valrhona dark chocolate fudge & house marshmallow fluff
Paired with: 25th Anniversary Black Panther Imperial Stout
