From Our Farm To Your Plate
We are committed to providing our guests with fresh, handcrafted locally produced foods and beverage sourced primarily from the Willamette Valley. We own and operate our own farm, Angus Springs Ranch, providing about 3,000 lbs. of seasonal produce from our organic method gardens and we tender raise all natural Angus beef on spring fed pastures and spent grain from the brewery. There are no hormones or antibiotics used in our all natural program and our beef is dry aged by Carlton Farms for 21 days.
